- Account Information: Your email address and sign-in identifiers when you create an account using Google, Apple, or email.
- App Content: Text inputs that you write or submit within the App for clarity analysis and communication practice.
- App Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymous usage interactions, crash diagnostics, and performance metrics.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version.
- Purchase Status: Subscription and purchase status managed via RevenueCat or app stores (payment details are not stored by us).
- Support Correspondence: Emails and contents you voluntarily send to our support address.
3. How We Use Data
We process the collected data solely for the following purposes:
- Provide core app functionality and communication practice exercises
- Analyze text inputs to generate clarity, tone, and structural feedback
- Manage accounts and subscription status
- Respond to support inquiries
- Diagnose app crashes and enhance security
4. AI and Content Processing
Texts you submit for practice are processed to generate AI-based analysis and feedback suggestions.
Clarity Coach does not record, store, or analyze vocal acoustics, pitch, pronunciation, or biometric speech features. The app is purely text-based.
5. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes the following third-party service providers:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud databases, analytics (Firebase Analytics), and crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).
- RevenueCat: To manage and verify in-app subscription status.
- Apple App Store & Google Play Store: For payment processing, subscription billing, and app distribution.
- AI Service Providers: Secure APIs used for processing text inputs and generating communication feedback.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Your data is processed only through necessary infrastructure service providers to operate the App.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and content data only as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security.
