These Terms apply to the Clarity Coach mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clarity Coach (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App.

2. App Provider

Clarity Coach is provided by Zamrudila.

3. Service Overview & Purpose

Clarity Coach is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help users improve their clarity of thinking and communication through written practice exercises. The App analyzes your text inputs and provides feedback suggestions to improve expression. The Service is intended for personal use only.

4. Not Professional Advice

All analyses and suggestions generated by Clarity Coach are for training and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, mental health, career, financial, or other professional advice.

The choice of how to apply feedback in daily life or work, and any consequences thereof, is your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee specific communication, relationship, workplace, interview, sales, or personal outcomes.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree:

Not to submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-violating content.
Not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, or abuse the AI systems or app infrastructure.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features of Clarity Coach may require a paid subscription. Payments and billing are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6.1 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel auto-renewals in your store account settings.

6.2 Refunds

Refund transactions are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective store policies. Zamrudila cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Account Deletion

You can request or execute the deletion of your account and personal data at any time via the in-app settings menu or by following the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Clarity Coach, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Zamrudila or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

9. Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Application at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zamrudila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or service interruptions arising from the use of the App. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available within the App and on this website.
